Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on this website include taxes and Royal Mail postage within the UK only. For other delivery options please see under Delivery section below.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get hold of our indispensable items! b2 boutique accepts the following payment methods for orders made online:

For orders made over the phone or by email you can pay us through Paypal – our email address is for Paypal transactions is hello@slingsandthings.co.uk. Cheques and postal orders are also accepted - however, your item will not be despatched until payment is received and cleared.


Our aim is to dispatch all in-stock items by 5pm the next working day (Monday through to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

As this is a family-run website, there may be unforeseen circumstances that prevent this from being possible. If we do not think your products will be dispatched within this timeframe, we will contact you and provide you with an estimated dispatch date. If this new date is not suitable, we will offer a refund.

UK and Channel Islands* delivery

Royal Mail 1st class or Tracked postage is included for all UK orders (dependent on location and order value). Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed except with Royal Mail Special Delivery services; however estimates are given below.

If you have ordered a particularly large number of items or your delivery is over 2kg we may split your items into separate parcels, or alternatively contact you to discuss sending via another courier service.

*If you are one of our Channel Island customers, please select your country of residence (i.e. Jersey/Guernsey) at checkout. We will deduct the VAT after your order has been processed and before posting. 

European delivery

Orders to EU countries are sent using standard or signed for airmail for an additional charge. This will be added on at checkout. Delivery timeframes vary from country to country, but are approximately 5-10 working days. A summary of the main options are as below:

European customers who wish to order multiple items, or who would like a different postal service please email for a quote – we are more than happy to help!

Rest of world delivery

Many of the items within our range are eligible for worldwide shipping, however PLEASE NOTE: we cannot ship to the US or Canada. Shipping for Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand and Singapore can be calculated using our online checkout; for other countries please use the contact us form for a quote. Please state the item(s) you would like and which country you would like your order to be sent to. We will then reply with a quote and payment details.

Our checkout does not automatically deduct UK VAT, but we can deduct this once your order has been completed. You (the consumer) are responsible for any import duties/customs charges/fees incurred from importing goods into your country.

lost items

It’s very unlikely, but should your item be lost in the postal system then we will replace it for you or refund you the full value of your order. However, we will only do this when the postal provider has registered the item as missing. Please be aware that 1st class packages are not registered as lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days after they have been despatched.* If you have ordered an item during a busy period (for example, Christmas), your package may take longer than you expect.

* This timeframe varies for international deliveries, or packages sent using different services. 

re-delivery charges

Please be careful entering your despatch address at checkout and check your email confirmation to ensure you've added it correctly. If your address is incomplete or incorrect please let us know if possible before despatch. If your item is returned to us undelivered as a result we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Products purchased at Slings and Things can be refunded or exchanged subject to the following conditions 

  • A request for a refund or return is made within 14 days of receipt of your order. If a request for a refund (either full or partial) or a return is made after 14 days of receipt of your order, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your request. You have up to 30 days to return your goods.
  • The product is returned in an “as new” condition - with all original packaging and instructions. If an item shows signs of wear or is returned without packaging, you will be unable to exchange it, but a partial refund may be offered at our discretion. If the product was damaged in transit, please let us know and return it with the original mailing bag so we can seek compensation from the delivery company.
  • The cost of return postage to b2boutique is incurred by the customer. For our EU customers, where a product was damaged or faulty on arrival, b2boutique will refund your postage costs on receipt of the items.

Should the above conditions be fulfilled we will refund your item value. Non inclusive postal charges (i.e. Royal Mail Special Delivery, UPS etc) are optional service charges and will not be refunded. Further information on returns can be found here.

Privacy Statement


When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.


How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

We will never pass on your personal information to any other individual or organisation unless required by law to do so, or unless you violate our Terms of Service which requires legal action.


Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.


To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
