Slings and Things - New Name, Same Great Service!

It's finally happened! After three-and-a-half years of dreaming, planning and purchasing, b2boutique is proud to announce that we are changing our name (and website) to Slings and Things.

When we started in 2009, the name b2boutique reflected our status as a tiny niche website selling "baby backpacks" (b2). Our company incorporated as Slings and Things Ltd in early 2013, but we continued to trade as b2boutique due to the reputation we had built under that name. However, we are now fully moving to Slings and Things - a name that better states what we're all about! The team hasn't changed (although our little people have REALLY grown!), and we're still committed to bringing you the best baby carriers and accessories with fab customer service.

Our shiny new website at will go live over the next couple of days and we will be updating our social media profiles as slingsandthings too, so keep an eye out and let us know what you think.

We're very excited about this next chapter and hope you enjoy shopping in our new store. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support and custom over the past six years.

What this means for you

Moving websites to a new platform has a few implications for our existing customers. Please take a moment to read the changes below.

Your Account

For customers without an existing account and password with b2boutique, there is no real change and you can continue to use the site as before. Over the next few days, you will receive email from us inviting you to create an account with a link to do so. Please login and set a password for your new account if you would like to. You can then update your details as necessary.

For customers who have an existing account and password with b2boutique, you will need to reset your password on the new website. Over the next few days, you will receive email from us inviting you to create an account with a link to do so. Please login and set a password for your new account. You can then update your details as necessary.

Your Order History

When you reset your password and login to, you will not be able to see any order history from b2boutique. If you would like any information on previous orders, please contact us via email at and we will be happy to help you.

Reward Points

For existing customers who have an account and have collected Reward Points on their purchases from b2boutique, these will not be available in your new account or on future purchases.

However, to thank our customers for their loyalty, we will be converting ALL existing Reward Points into discount codes regardless of the amount collected. Previously customers would need to collect 100 points (at a cost of £200) before they could be spent in the store. For example, if you had bought a wrap for £95 and earned 47 points you would not have been able to convert that until you reached 100 points. Those 47 points are worth £4.70 and we will be issuing a discount code for that amount.

It will take us a number of weeks to process all the Reward Points for customers, so please be patient. We will be sending out the discount codes to you by email which you can then use online.
